Weybridge Conservation Commission
Vision and Values statement for the Weybridge Conservation Commission
The Weybridge Conservation Commission actively pursues learning and acts as a resource for residents to share information about the ecology of land and waterways in Weybridge.
We listen and collaborate to promote understanding and appreciation of the natural world, sourcing priorities from residents to value, protect, and enhance the environment within and beyond Weybridge.
We address complexity and respect others in support of balanced town planning that includes conservation with development.
We work together with Weybridge residents and with other conservation organizations in Addison County and with the State of Vermont to effect positive change and advocate for the future of all species.
We share respect and love for the Town’s wildlife and plants, its land, rivers and people.
